A. Evaluation – During this step you will receive a link to access our PFML Questionnaire. This evaluation allows us to dig into your specific needs including current PTO policies, benefit packages, and government compliance communication and documents. Completing this quick questionnaire will help us evaluate what changes your company needs to implement and how we can best serve you.
B. Comparison – We will compile and present your customized side by side analysis that shows the state of MN plan next to private insurance options. This meeting will be the time you can ask questions and select the best plan options that meet your company’s needs.
C. Implementation & Compliance – There are many aspects to consider during set up. We guide you and help complete every step of implementation including:
